That hotel is good to relax of the crowded cities. There is swimming pool close to the hotel. The breakfast there is a lot of different dishes, from salads to cooked food.

very pretty and as long as you have a car it’s a great place to stay

it was in the middle of getting upgraded so the rooms were not consistent there were large groups staying there and the kids could get pretty noisy

I’ve been to this hotel a number of times in the past. We always enjoy it and it has always been in good shape. I think

I like that it’s very close to Jerusalem but you feel like you’re out in the hills. We like the slide for the kids but because of the Covid situation it wasn’t open. The food is good. The staff is nice and responsive

As I said things are falling into disrepair and it needs to be maintained a little better. The pool is down the street and it’s a bit old.In the 24 hours that I was there I didn’t see one person cleaning a bathroom or picking up the garbage from the hall for wiping off table tops. I’m sure they will change this

Dining room staff and rooms

Pretty expensive for what you get. Reasonable hotel, marred by all the construction going on, even though I paid a lot for one night. Dining room staff were really nice and helpful. Rooms were very nice and clean, and decor is nice. Reception staff were so so. The lady taking care of checkout, I cannot remember her name exactly, something like lolua was pretty unpleasant, and not very helpful. Maybe it was because I was speaking in Hebrew. Bottom line she could have been less abrupt. It came highly recommended, but not really sure why.

Very impressed, would stay again

Lovely room, spacious and clean, welcoming and helpful staff, nice decor in the lobby lounge, very nice buffet breakfast

The only fault was the tiled corridor meant it was a bit noisy at times with people wheeling their suitcases

The hotel is nice, the location is beautiful and the staff are kind. The garden rooms are spacious and comfortable, with plenty of green space outside.

The acoustics / isolation between the rooms and the corridor is bad.

In principle ok,but far too expensive

Much too expensive for central European tourists and they should have catered for "continental breakfast" and start serving at 6am like in the rest of the world.Also no menu card in rooms or restaurant available. Seems to me they only concentrate on Israeli people.
